Why do zombies eat brains?
Are they particularly nutritionally balanced, with all their brainy goodness?

"Attack of the Soufflé-Eating Undead" just wouldn't work, and you know how touchy zombies can be about their public image. It has to be brains, or the whole idea simply falls apart.
